Very friendly proprietor, great service and, best of all, delicious food. If you want healthy and tasty food, this is the place. Their vegetarian plate is the best I've had.

Always friendly. Fresh made food either on a charcoal grill near the entrance for everyone to watch or upstairs in the kitchen. Always tasty meat, but often very soggy, fatty fries. Better get some other sidedish. Middle price range.

A small inconspicuous restaurant in Cologne's old town. When you look inside, you first think of a snack bar - until you try the food. Everything is handcrafted and extremely well done. Much, much more than a takeaway. No wonder that Beirut is also a recommendation by the Kölner Tag & Nacht - and a real discovery for me!

Libanese cousine is amazing!

Ordered a starter and three main courses and it was there super fast and tasted fantastic! Highly recommended!

The lunch menu with 7.50Eur is just soul food. Had a stressed morning? Just eat here and take a short vacation.

Very varied, well spiced food with fresh ingredients. The service was very nice and attentive. I did not know the Lebanese cuisine so far, was very excited. From the appetizer over main course to the dessert (very delicious and not too sweet treats) everything was very good.

Great food

The inn is very easy to reach! The good transport connections make a meal trip quickly feasible. We both found the selection of drinks fantastic! Not only the attentive restaurant staff was the total hit during our visit, but also the great ambience. We were completely pleasantly surprised. We'll both be back for sure.

One star for the almost friendliness nothing else .. We came for the first time .. First I chose one thing on the card .. Didn't ... OK .. Chose the second thing on the card .. there wasn't either .. OK .. Neither did the THIRD! I actually wanted to leave there .. Then I ordered something that I actually didn't feel like doing ... we were 4 people in total ... I ordered a plate of Shawarma I think and the other 3 a grill plate .. At first the waiter only brought my plate ... And it would be a bit rude if I would start to eat, wouldn't it? After about 15 minutes the 3 grill plates came and everything was already cold with me .. since I was annoyed anyway I accessed 2-3 times with the fork and paid for it .. the food is way too overpriced for nothing !!

It's a cozy restaurant. Perfect location. Delicious food. Nice staff. One of the best in the atmosphere with Arabic traditional music with low tune, you can talk and hear the others. I like it and I will go there again.

Very tasty and recommendable. We go out to eat in Beirut almost every two weeks. The food is great, the service and the prices are reasonable.

The sandwiches to take away are very good but to eat there is not good. Inside prices are much more expensive and the waiter has no patience.

the food is great! so yummie! the staff is friendly despite the pressure of too much work. prices normal for a city centre restaurant. it's a bit small though, meaning not too spacy, so I'd suggest maximum a company of six people.

Small hidden restaurant at the end of a side street. Reminiscent of a snack bar, with traditional music and confused but very friendly staff. The food is really delicious, fresh and the portions are very rich. The lamb is highly recommended! Afterwards there was a free traditional tea. Unfortunately a bit crowded at lunchtime but really worth a visit!

The food is very tasty and the service is very friendly. Portions that are too big are often packed and can be taken away. The only drawback is that space is limited. I would eat here again anytime.

The worst baklava I have ever eaten. Not welcoming staff. I told my order twice to two servants. I ordered a BIG glass of Cardemon tea. They brought a very small bad smell tea after two requests!!! Tea taste was like hot water. I am a middle eastern woman and I know cardemon taste and smell that wasn't in the tea certainly. Weak. Not recommended.

I can only recommend this place. The food is very, very, very tasty. The service is nice and it is clean! Typical Lebanese / Syrian flair. All around a great experience with very, very good food! Gladly again

The food is delicious. There is not so much seats but it's possible for big groups (e.g. 6-9 people). The service is good but the owner could be more patient when the people don't know the local language.

We went there specially for grape leaves, unfortunately it was not the best, other than that everything was perfect, the quality of the falafel was on point 👌And as Google suggests it's a bit pricey

We had one of our dinners during our two night stay in Cologne. This was easily one of the best Middle Eastern meals we'd had during all our trips to Europe. The ambience is lively, the food exceptionally delicious, the service very prompt, the portions generous and the prices reasonable. Definitely a must visit if you're staying around the Cologne Cathedral and have an appetite for a good vegetarian Middle Eastern meal. Thanks.
